A: Yes, your data is secure. Gemini is SOC 2 Type II compliant and works only with right-to-know data, which often eliminates the need for an NDA. However, if your organization requires an NDA, we are happy to put one in place.
Q: What is required of me (the E&P)?
A: Very little. We’ll ask you to identify a few haulers to use (we can also recommend high-performing haulers based on our national experience and comprehensive scorecards) and provide a few well pads or sites these haulers service. We’ll handle setup, training, onboarding, commissioning of the Genie devices, and all data reviews.
Q: What is required of my haulers?
A: Gemini works closely with the haulers to gather key details such as driver/admin user information and vehicle assets (trucks and trailers). We’ll train drivers in person on how to use the mobile app during the trial. Essentially, all they need to do is make a few taps on their phones or tablets per trip—Gemini takes care of the rest.
Q: Do the drivers need a smartphone or tablet?
A: Yes. Gemini’s app runs on both Android and iOS devices. If device availability is a concern, we can provide equipment during the trial. (Most drivers nowadays use their personal devices.)
